172 Cup gear change jolt

Hi All,

I've noticed a slight jolt/kick-back sometimes when changing gear and when I come off-then-on the throttle.

I'm thinking maybe worn out engine mounts? What do you guys think?

If it is engine mounts; what experiences do you have with OEM and after market replacements?

Dog bone mount on the back of the engine/gearbox. They are the main contender to this
