172 Cup Immobilised

My cup is refusing to start and showing a solid red light on the dash.

I've read many threads and tried everything said in the threads.
I've even replace the entire looms that I've check the common wires for breaking on.
Only thing that has made a difference was when I changed the ECU, UCH, barrel, key and decoder ring for a standard set which started the car but wouldn't run right because it's on a standard map. Refitted my ECU etc and the fault returned, wouldnt start again and solid red light on the dash!

Anyone come across this, know how to fix It or what to try next?

What looms you replaced then ?
I've read that the can wires break in the engine bay loom

Complete loom. Engine bay and interior.
Looms be stripped down and no breaks.
The fact it starts with a spare set of ECU, UCH etc should rule a broken wire.

Well if the imo is working on a diffrent ecu uch set it will be the uch is ploped. Im sure efi can verginise a ecu so link that with the working uch u have

There is also places that repair uch's on the ebay how good they are i dont know

Thanks for the info. Strange it just suddenly stopped working.
Was abusing the car all day at Mallory. Line it up with the trailer, turn it off to drop the ramps, go to drive it on and nothing.

I would say Earth but you say it works on another set can't see it being anything else tbh
