When driving from cold (only ever happens when its from cold) when i slow or stop for a junction the light below the fuel light comes on and i lose all power. If i switch the car off and straight on again its fine. Only normally happens the once too. Anyone have any ideas whats causing this ??

I've had the exact same issue a few months ago, it's never done it since so I put it down to been a typical french car, however after researching it on here the problem either points to the TB or the battery

try cleaning the connector from the fuse box , I had alot of strange errors, including the fuel light,throttle body,check engine , lambda , ABS/ESP because of that connector .

The only way to know for sure what is playing up it will need the faults codes to be read... It might point you in the right direction

if it`s that connector , it will point you so many times in different directions , none of the sensors from the fault codes had any problems , the only problem was the corroded connector with alot of pins
But,like said , without a code reader you don`t know where to start .

It stopped doing it for a few days and this morning the problem is back so when the weather picks up i will have to start poking around under the bonnet
