172 cutting out on cold start up

Got a 2003 172 cup, when i start it up cold it just cuts out unless i give the revs a blip.
Its just had a service including plugs. Only just started happening the last couple of days.

Anyone got any ideas???

also have this prob i know tdc sensors fail and there's a modified sensor and loom from Renault. Think thats what i am going for. I have removed the acoustic valve but i don't think that should make a difference?
