172 driving me cazy

car has not been going right for about 3 weeks over reving at idle sitting about 2000rpm when it stops doing that it begins reving up on its own between 1000 and 2000 and when diving it it feels very lumpy in lower revs had it lookrd at and the tech can not find anything wrong with ,it the eingine light has came on but it never loged a fault plus went into safe mode. he cleaned the throttle body but not helped it is really pissing me off any help peeps

check for an air leak mate,also mine had a prob like this and it turned out being the idle control valve

does the ph2172 have a ICV i know my 182 doesnt

check all connections between pedal and throttle and try to drive with another TB.
Had the same problem, solve it. Just need to find out what s wrong

Got it sorted it was the battery that was fooked and making the ECU do crazy things
