172 exhaust manifold

How good is the standard 172 exhaust manifold?

Im fitting a new decat sometime soon and am wondering whether it would be worth it to get branches made up too?

im sure supersprint will develop one shortly, but AFAIK the std manifold is a good unit

The standard item is good...

Its good, compact and well made, no point in replacing it.

You can go better, but not without a fair amount of R&D time.
