172 exhsaust...£350???

I've been called by the garage after I put in for a check up on the exhaust as it has a vibration noise. They told me its blowing on the top, the middle and back piece is buggered and needs to be replaced and is going to cost around £350 to replace, parts are priced from a Renault dealer. Does anyone know if I could get cheaper parts anywhere else or is it worth putting a stainless on??? not a happy bunny!!!
