Plugged in my rs tuner and its bringing up :

DF0018, DF0082, DF0601 front O2 heater fault

DF0018 Front O2 heater fault on activation

Does anyone know what this is ?

Is it the o2 sensor ?

It's the heater element that's not working.

Check the wiring is okay and I'd so swap the unit out for a new one.

The heater element for the Ho2 sensor is part of either the upstream or downstream senors (which in this case is the upstream/pre-CAT sensor)?

The first thing you should do in this case however is check the wiring to the upstream sensor as they have a habit of getting burnt or crudded up. If all looks okay, inside the connector and out, replace the sensor for a new non-universal unit.

Cheers Mick will go check them now , what do you mean by new non-universal ? OEM part ?

By non-universal I mean anything that's not a cheap copy or requires you to cut and solder wires to your existing plugs.

You should be able to pick up an NGK/NTK item for under £100 and they're quality.
