172 Foglight’s bulb question

It is H1 or H11?? I tried to pull it out when I had my bumper removed 2 weeks ago. It is a bit hard to remove. Should I just pull it harder or any other way?

I am thinking of using full yellow foglight bulb, just like French.

They are H1 and dont pull them, theres a metal clip that holdes them in place

Im not sure but blue bulbs arent allowed for some reason lol
