172 ... Matched inlets ..... Any good gains ???

Hi guys , I've got a 2002 172, jw if you will see any significant gains from matched inlets ? Is it worth it ?? All replies would be very great ful . Thanks

You won't see any significant gains. But every little helps.

Apparently, you get more torque through the rev range, more-so between 2k-4k

I think used in conjunction with cams and exhaust and map etc it does help , but on a standard car it'll be very minimal , but as said every little helps

I think if you can get them cheap enuff and can fit them yourself they are worth doing. As said every little helps

I've got a set of angel works upper and lower matched inlets sat in the garage waiting to be fitted.

It helps in the mid range. Very good and cheap mod
