Due to the rust of my decat pipe (from previous owner, some cheap stuff), I am thinking of getting the cat pipe. All from Ktec (will have a bit discount). And I am from Far East. I want to keep my Clio for long term. MOT is a problem if I have decat. But a garage had made a special catback exhaust for decat Clio, that can pass the MOT usage, but will cost for labour to change every MOT time. And I personally won't expect to have a loud exhaust or the one that effect at low torque.
I have the following options which I want your advice:
1) Straight through decat pipe (99ukp) only + shipping (80.00ukp)
2) Straight through decat pipe (99ukp) + new 172 recessed exhaust (349ukp) + shipping (140ukp)
3) Sport Cat (285ukp) + shipping (approx. 80.00ukp)
4) Sport Cat (285ukp) + new 172 recessed exhaust (349ukp) + shipping (approx. 140.00ukp)
5) CLIO 172 MANIFOLD AND CATALYTIC CONVERTER UPGRADE (625ukp) + shipping (approx. 140ukp)
6) Just fix the existing decat pipe for now
