It depends what type of Cat the Ph1 had. If it had the twin barrel, twin lambda, then yes.

This is correct. I have an earlier ph1 with the signal lambda. This cat is shorter than the ph2 cat and ph1 twin lambda. I had to cut and weld in a section. Probably around 1-2 inches difference!
