172 ph1 steering column same as peasant models?

My ph1 upper bearing in the column had gone. It only had slight play, but is now notchy as hell. DannyR is sending me a column, but not sure if he can get it to me by this weekend.

Does anyone know if the lower model Clio columns are the same?

Anyone? I know the 172 is height adjustable, any other differences?

as long as its from a model with power steering it should fit, all the mk2 columns are height adjustable!

mk2 non sport have EPAS on the column (a f**k off big electric motor)
