172 rear bumper fitment

Bought a 172 rear bumper for my mk2 ph2 1.4. Just wondering if someone can give me a guide on how to fit this and what tools/parts i will require other than the bumper itself.

thanks for the help. It sounds like a breeze to be honest....So i put the screws in with a Baguette driver ............correct?

correct, i think theres an onion wedged in there to hold it in place too.

got the bumper arriving on monday. Spoke to the guy who works at an accident repair place and said to fit the new one to the car they used the insert (black plastic part) off this one. What part number is that and where is the best place to buy it from price wise?
