how hard to put the new bearing into the new rear disc??

If the answer to the above is no than the answer is bloody hard!

Very hard (but do-able), you best bet is to buy the discs with bearing already in them. If not take them to a garage and they press them in for a tenner. Dont forget the ABS teeth.
