172 rough running and warning light

Right guys was driving my clio around town and it seemed to be hesitating and running on 3 cylinders at low revs. Pulled over and held the throttle at around 2.5k and the revs were all over the place and the engine was infact running on 3 cylinders.

I nursed the car home and while driving it the 'toxic fume monitoring light' was flashing, then it would stop, couple minutes later it would start flashing again.

The car is fitted with a decat so im thinking one of the o2 sensors in the exhaust?

Was the exhaust spluttering? Possibilities are coil pack/HT leads/spark plugs, if not it could well be one of your lambda sensors as you mentioned.

not entirely sure if the exhaust was spluttering. ordered a fault code reader anyway but im thinking of replacing the plugs amd leads. does anyone know how much the coil pack is?

fitted a genuine coil pack today and no luck. think it could be the plugs, but theres a strange high pitched whistle coming from the fuel pump.
