172 stock rear discs

Hiya,

I'm currently looking at purchasing some stock rear discs for my 172. First place I looked was yozzasport and you can buy said items for around £155. Had a look elsewhere too, for example:

Which has some for £53.96. The price difference is quite a lot so I'm curious to know the differences. Are these discs standard or some random make? How do I know whether they are standard or not (If I look elsewhere) ?

I do realise the yozzasport ones includes the bearings and ABS thing. Whereas the other seems to only mention the ABS.

Those cheap one won't have the rear bearings already presses in. Which is a hard job to do.

Unless you've got access to a press in which case you could save yourself a few £££.

^^ but he's still have to remove the old ones, but as we know clio rear bearings are crap, so might as well get new ones.

Well you can get a set of rear bearings for £40 or so. So you still save a fair bit really. But as most people haven't got access to a press its not worth the bother. GDI were the cheapest I found for the full assembled items, there genuine renault ones too.

Bearing are £30 each on k-tec, personally i'd just buy yozzasport ones as they are Renault Orginals, those disks are not bye the looks of it.

Does anyone actually know how to tell if the discs are genuine renault originals? Is there a specific part number to look out for? What make are they?

Jusy buy them from yozzasport, think they are the cheapest anyhow.

just buy the whole thing from k-tec they give you disks with bearing already in and you get perfomance pads as well for like 175 i think

Well depends if the chap has access to a press as if he does yozzasport nor ktec are the cheapest.
