172 trailing arm bushings - stock or upgrade?

Feel like these are shot, back seems to jump sideways when loaded up heavily, and can also feel it moving sideways over small bumps at high speed, like the back of the car is rocking left to right.

Wondering if it's worth upgrading to powerflex, or if I should just replace with stock ones. I wouldn't mind it being stiffer and more predictable. Are there any other options for cheaper uprated bushings?

Just get the powerflex ones don't get the black series as I have the black dog bone mount and the whole car vibrates now there to stiff for everyday comfort. Unless you're cool with that sorta thing
