upgrade your brakes and suspension to get the best out of what you already have and go from there would recommend the hillpower induction kit

Brakes. The engine upgrades are not worth it, imo.

Yeah, I also recommend a heavy diet. If you weight over 10 stone then a hot hatch ain't for you.
