172 Wheels and tyres ?

I have a ph1 172 with standard 15'' wheels and tyres and was looking to fit a set of either cup turinis or maybe 182 cup wheels, what would be the best combination on a ph1, 16'' with 195/45 or 16'' with 205/45, if anyone has tried these i would be grateful to read your opinions of advantages or disadvantages over standard.
My suspension is also standard ph1 172.

I'd go 205 as I think there the cheaper size.

Are the kerbed need new tyres etc ?

Tyres are getting low, 2 wheels near perfect, 1 wheel very slight kerb mark on rim and 1 with about 4'' of kerb mark on the rim but only scuff no actual damage. Looking to change in the next couple of months.

Near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.

Not really thought about price but as tyres will need replacing probably £200.

It all depends on what i can get hold of first.

Ok yes where the tyres need replacing £200 sound good but ill need some pcitures

I doubt ill by from yuo as you are not selling at this mintue and i willing to buy now and will look for ones that for sale now.
