When fitting these what is the trick to prevent the emissions light coming on?

Can I just plug the post cat lambda sensor back into the decat and leave it or should I get a blanking plug?

If that fails anyone got any links to cheap code readers?

Best to put it in some heat wrap or some thing similar and hide it away?

Had this fitted today, Wow what a noise.

The guy who fitted it said the standard Cat would have to be welded in if i wanted to put it back in place, is that true?

I thought it would be bespoke so to speak just drop the decat out and bolt the cat back in.

This-bit of a pita to do, but no different procedurally to fitting the decat.

Yes would also be easier if you got a 182 manifold.

I thought it was abit strange when he said the cat would need welding in.
