182/172 manifold?

Currently have a 172 that I brought running on a decat straight pipe system.

Needing to have a sports cat system but I'm not too sure if my clio has the 182 manifold.

It's a 4-1 manifold at the moment. But I can't tell if it's the 182 or 172.
Any ideas of knowing?
