182 Accept or reject

My new Clio 182 (Aztec Blue, no Cup bits) is due to arrive in the next few days (I’m told). The dealer is happy to give me a drive before I accept it; any suggestions as to what I should be looking and listening for in a 20-30 minute drive?

I would spend the 20-30 mins asking them if they could add the Cup bits...............



Just check for dinks, scratches, anything that is not what you expect from a brand new car.

Yeah what will give me grounds to reject the car? How big a scratch for example?

If the Cup splitter isnt fitted can I reject the car and make them take it back (its being delivered to my house in Bristol from a dealer in Portsmouth) or can they say something like your local dealer will fit it FOC if you take it down?

What about the one touch drivers window? If it hasnt been set up can I reject the car or would I be expected to pop into my local dealer?

why are you so keen to reject the car ?

if it has damage then yes i would be right behind you

it sounds like you dont want the car saying that you will reject it if the 1 touch window doesnt work ?!?

I would definatley of gone for the cup bits though , are you getting a beeter after market setup on there ?
