182 alarm

Why does my 182 sometimes bleep 3 times when I lock it after parking, yet other times it simply locks the doors without any noise?

Mine also, It likes the doors to be shut for a second or two before u try and lock it.

I always unlock and then lock it again, just to be on the safe side.

Hi

182 alarm is setting itself when you press the button. If like said you leave it for a few seconds it does not beep.

I normally close door and walk, turn around and lock.

mine did it too, its the same beep as if you have deactivated the ultrasonics but instead of 4 beeps you simply get three...



also to deactivate the ultrasonics do you need to switch iginition right on so dash lights up and off twice or just to first position and back twice?
