182 Buyer Questions

Hello Guys
I'm gonna be buying a 182 soon and I'm just wondering what are the things to look out for. I see that some have cup packs etc. - what are these and what different ones did Renault do. Also anything to look out for when buying one. Looking at spending max 8K on one.

Any guidence appreciated

Hi mate,

The Cup Packs were an option... Cup Spoiler Pack is a bigger rear spoiler and a splitter on the front, Suspension pack includes a lower ride height and revised dampers etc they also have anthracite alloys.

i would go for a 182 with cup packs tbh

you'll easily get one for 8k nowadays... go for under 30k miles if poss

saw a 182 last night with out cup packs. it's just not the same!

I would recommend you get them anyway. I ended up putting the cup spoiler and a splitter on mine. much better

My advise would be dont buy the first one you see there are plenty on the market at the moment.

With an 8k budget you'll prolly find a late Liquid yellow one.

Just look for badly repaied ones as quite a few of them have med hedges etc.

Its a buyers market at the moment and armed with less than 8k can get you a serious bargain

hi, looked at a couple of 182 cups over the weekend and found that some (which were new unregistered) didnt even have the leather suede seats!!! just some nasty cloth ones? are the leather seats extra???

if its a 182 cup then it wont have leather or climate control

You want a 182 full fat with cup packs which means it has the leather/sueade and the better cup suspension and front lip and spoiler.

IMo milage doens't matter its prise depending I'd go for high miles than lower.

remember, 36k miles and it needs to have aux belt changed!
