182 cd changer cable

does the 182 have cable pre installed under the seat ??if so which seat, i got a changer just need to know if i need to run the cable again

No mate, its doesnt. And they cost £86 from Renault.

If you have the changer, do you also have the craddle for it?

hi, no i only got the changer, i velcrod it to my carpet, looks like i gotta take the cable out

If it was factory fitted then you will most likely have to remove the top of the dashboard. I couldnt get mine out of the 172 without doing that so I left it.

no i put the cable in myself and it was very easy, only took me 5 mins, will my 172 cable fit 182 headunit ?

Yep.

There are easier ways to thread the cable (read lazier) by just threading round the side of the gearchange bit .

Lee, where is the wire routed exactly if the factory fit the changers?
