182 CD Changer

IS the standard one any decent, recently bought a 182 but its missing the changer (it has the cable tucked away under driver seat)
Is it a good enough changer to warrent me hunting one down to put back in?

If its worthwhile could anyone please tell me the model number - Alpine right?

Cheers

I have one, i thought it was good tbh, just upgraded to a ipod headunit tho, so i have it spare if you do want it, PM me :)

Well now i have the standard changer, went to fit it tonight thinking the wire was there... BUT it was the wires for the tensioner and airbags :(
I don't think its stashed anywhere either..

So im missing the wire from where the changer goes to the standard headunit.
There was deffinaltly a changer in there as i can see the indents in the carpet!

On the of the changer is a block socket with 9 pins

Which lead or adapter do i need?

the cd changer lead is under the passenger seat not drivers seat as you mentioned in an earlier post

Went to Renault and they gave me the number for some Audio place in the town near me which i know is expensive!

Had a look under the passenger seat but could only see the wires for the seat belts etc..

If anyone could please look at the back socket to tell me what sort i need i'd be very gratefull - i have a nine pin socket on the back of my changer and a little square plug spare on the back of the standard headunit
