182 Clutch adjustment???

My car has only covered 6000 miles but the clutch is biting at the very top of the pedal, can I adjust this?

Also can anyone recommend some sidelight bulbs that look a bit less yellow next to the Xenons?

clutch is self adjsut so no. bulbs ig go philps blue vison. or hid look ones of ebay m8

So there is no cable I can tighten or anything else just to lower the bite point a bit?

Ive read about the bulbs now, thanks for the help!
