182 Drivers Seat Tip Mech broke..help?!?

The mechanism that tips the seat forward to allow rear passengers in has given up. All the other seat movements are working (forward/back, up/down and back rest tip forward/back).

Had a good luck under the cover and the cable from the lever at the top of the seat to the first bar is fine. The cable from that bar under the seat through the white sleeve seems very 'baggy' when compared to the passenger one. So I'm guessing I've stretched the cable.

Is this easy to fix? How much is a new cable and does anyone know the part number?

Mine is still broke as i dont want to pay renault to fix it. I'd rather do it my self but with the air bags i don't want to risk doing it.
