182 exhaust

A quick question.

I have a janspeed exhaust on my 182 at the mo and thinking of putting it back to standard.

The reason is that im hill climbing/sprinting next year and thinking of going in the standard class.

How much do you reckon i could get a standard exhaust for and how much would my Janspeed sell for????

My local exhaust place quoted me £500 fitted for a new standard cat back.

I have seen brand new standard systems on ebay for £300, dont know what their like though.

Second hand std exhausts go for as little as £30 on here! Yours should fetch £200 plus if its in good knick

Im in a bit of a dilema if i go standard i will new set of wheels so i will have to sell the OZ alloys a set of 5, and sort the exhaust. If i stay in the class im in i will have to sort the suspension and get a bit more power, but in reality i up against some sorted Clios and Peugeots so not going to have a chance unless i spend some serious money...

Get chrimbo out the way first then have another look at it............
