182 Fog light surround question

Ive just received my brand new 182 and one of the fog lights has not been fitted right to the front bumber. The lip that goes into the slot on the bumper is sticking out and I need to know if it would be a bumper off job to fix it? If so then id rather do it myself than take it into Renault where they will no doubt damage something else.

Also I believe it would be a bumper off job or at least work from underneath so if you have some ramps you might be able to figure it out when you look underneath.

A stone cracked my fog light about a month after I got my 182. Anyway I managed to replace it without taking the bumper off but it was a very fiddly job with scars to prove!
