i thought they were standard because my dynamique + 1.6 had standard sunroof - do renault not care for the safety of nutters driving these?

1.6 dynamics are not as hardcore as the 172/cup which are intended for raceing. the 1.6 is probably nicer/easyer to drive than a 172/cup and more comfitable and a sunroof would be a nice selling point..of which M3s etc never come with s-roofs for the same reason as you get air con. no offence btw !!

no, the renault website have it as an option, but they dont have one of the CUP packs listed on there, so it isnt a very good site to go by. The Renault UK Price list does not include the option of a sunroof, although the press release for France did include it, but that also included heated seats as an option, and they arent available here either.

the french online configurator has the heated seats as an option available now, and it comes with the CD changer as standard. Doesnt have the option of the leccy sunroof though yet. Not quite sure what this option is Becquet "compétition" but it sounds good!

The heated seats will not be an option in the UK. The sunroof isnt available and is unlikely to ever be. The becquet competition is the Cup spoiler pack.

ah that makes sense, that must mean the Lame aérodynamique sous bouclier avant is the front blade (bloody long way of saying it), they are listed separately, the becquet is the rear cup spoiler (not that im using an online translation tool or anything!)

What I want to know is why they get the option of heated seats when their country is warmer than ours and they dont have to pay extra for the CD changer!

Jeremy, do you have any pics of the Racing blue yet please as I cant find any.

Dave - youre right for the translation. In the UK weve put both spoilers together. The spec differs in most countries regarding the CD changer. The heated seats arent available here as I think that the take up would be small. Dealers have samples of Racing Blue. Im waiting for some pics taken in the UK.

Cheers Jeremy, have seen the colour samples in the dealer but it is still hard to imagine it on the car, its just frustrating that I have seen all the other colours and not the one I want! Guess it will be more of a surprise when I get the car!
