182 head lights

anyone know if you can get headlight protectors for the 182........asking because im sure they would cost a bloody fortune to replace.

You can but they would be against the law. the xenons would scatter.

oh ok...nevermind......thought the clear ones like u can get for the golfs would be good if they did them for clios thats all.

I bought them for my172/2 (Im in Australia) cost AUD 55.00

They are crystal clear and you really would not notice them

We dont get the 182 here but I would guess it would be the same---I had the same worry as you and they were the first thing I bought

No damage to the lens or body work and an easy quick install

If you want I can source a dealer that may ship for you

I also worry about the fogs,but TTBOMK no protectors made

you should try smashing one of the headlamps lol i beltled one of mine with a hammer and it just bounced off and didnt leave a single mark. Someone also reversed in to one of my headlamps at 20mph and it didnt damage it except for the little plastic clip that screws it to the body. Hence why i hit it with a hammer i knew it was being replaced so wanted to see how strong they are

its good to know there maybe be a possibilty to find them......thanks for that.....ill look in to it

...dont think ill be trying the hammer thing anytime soon........how much did it cost you for a replacement?

just read this again....properly.............do you know someone that could tell me if they would work on the 182 then ?.....that would be great thank you !!!!!!....be very interested if they do work ! (fifth time posting coz of spam thing...hope this one works !!)
