182 INLET MANIFOLD AND FLYWHEEL

anybody changed there inlet and replaced there flywheel with a lightened 1 anyfeed back would be great and any prices cheers

a lot of people get a ported inlet to improve the airflow yes mate, makes a fair difference apparently.

will a lightened flywhell not make it harder to drive in traffic?i dont know much about doing that?

We do lightened flywheels on the CNC machine, but TBH its pretty pointless and a whole load of money to fit it JUST for a flywheel. I'd only advise it if your having the clutch changed already.

It'll make the engine spin up and down slightly faster so if you dont heel and toe then downshifts and upshifts will seem more cruder as the rpm drops faster. And idle will become slightly lumpier but most wont notice.
