182 k&n fillters

Has anybody put a new panel filter in there 182 yet

the K&N part number is 33-2863 but i cant find any where that sells them yet

In answer to your question, yes i have put a K&N panel filter in mine.

If your still interested after reading the above link, i got mine from my local Motorworld, but i did have to order it and wait about 3 days.

If your after comparing it to a standard one then i cant help as i replaced mine vurtually right away.

Wish they would try and make these things look more like the originals. Less chance of getting raped by the insurance if you have an accident. It wouldnt be a problem if these things looked just like some generic halfords type replacement filter as opposed to having the logo of a performance company on them.

a panel filter is the same shape as the standard so it fits in the airbox but it lets the car breath easyer
