182 ktr throttle bodies gen 90 help!

So I have just installed second hand set of jenvey ktr throttle boddies on my 182 with the gen 90 ecu all connected up and the car runs but only on 2 cylinders sounds like a classic v twin!😂

I have checked spark plugs, ht leads, coil pack, injectors but nothing seams to have fixed the problem so was thinking it could be something to do with the ecu with the map?

If anyone has the gen 90 tuner pro software and can help that would be amazing!👍 (Located near Bristol)

Also to ad the car was running perfectly fine before installing the throttle bodies!
