182 Lacking power

I’ve just done a track day at bedford autodrome in my new to me 182, having never been in a 182 or no one who’s owned one been in mine i thought it had no problems. But on the back straight I would hit 110 and top out, this was about 4900 in 5th. Looking online it seems i should be able to do 135+ so i’ve come to the conclusion i’m lacking power throughout the powerband as there’s no dead spots.

Injectors are all fine and had new spark plugs and has a clean air filter. Any idea what it could be?

Timing could be out, that can lead to loss of power. When were the belts last done, and who did them?

Or you're seriously down on compression. When my 172 was stock it could quite easily fly past 110mph with no issues.
