182 Manifold - is this damage?

I bought a 2nd hand 182 manifold which has just been delivered.

When I unpacked it I noticed this..........



Having never seen one of these manifolds up close is this damage or is it supposed to be like this?? The only reason I can think why this would be there is to provide clearance on the bulkhead.

I can't try it on the car as that is having some work done elsewhere.

Would appreciate somebody letting me know if this is OK or actually damaged.

If it is damaged any ideas on how to fix it?

i think its to miss the anti roll bar

They're not all like that, but yes, it's for the ARB.
