My ‘local’ dearer was around £14/15. I rang wolves and even with delivery it was less than £10 delivered, next day too iirc.
Worth a call tomo. There will be an option when you select parts, along the lines of if your after trade parts press hash.

There is no mention of replacement in the Renault manual when removing the inlet manifold.Yeah but once it's squashed it seems like it would be better to replace it next time you replace the inlet manifold (i.e in the same way a crush washer works)?
