182 or 172?

As my other thread i'm looking at getting another 172, but is it worth paying an extra few K for a 182? Do they drive better? obviously faster?

Cheers

Depends if you like them better (wheels, exhaust etc). The 182 is not any faster though. Having a newer car is always better, imo.

182 newer will have less miles and looks a tad better imo basically a newer car is what you are paying for, longer for things to go wrong

i used t own a 182 ff was an excelent car & regret selling it. but i bought a fiesta rs turbo & now im sick of that so going to but a 172 cup next i think. bit of a useless post but still shows im a fan of em both.

If you can stretch get a 182.It will hold a little more value than the 172 in the long run.Plus you can have artic blue which is lovely

When i bought my 172, if i had been able to afford a 182 i would of deffo got one! 182's come in much better colours too, in my opinion anyway.

I have a 172 but now I kinda wish I'd looked into the whole 172/182 scene a bit more when I was shopping around for my 172 and got a 182, twin zorsts, bit newer, less miles, and more toys; trac.control, esp, cruise control and the like. Plus a bit more hp and the cup pack options.

I'm trying to persuade my mate to get a 172 bumper for his 182, and have a new exhaust with different pipe placement. I recon either both together like the R32 or even like a MCS, or further apart.
