Two names on the rear window, think one was "Hart?"

Probably someone planning on racing on in the new 750 motor club Clio series, can't see why else a race car would use the 16" standard wheels

Well yes exactly, was about 100m away but spotted the standard wheels instantly!

Thought it looked vaguely familiar, though there are plenty of blue cars with white wheels on here.

Prima site hasn't been updated in years.....
'tony hart' used to be a camp tv presenter who brought us art programmes for kids...
another 'tony hart' runs Prima racing and used to be involved in the renault 5 coupe cup in the '80's.
