182 Spare Wheel and Tyre

Quick question Guys/gals has anyone got a spare 182 wheel with tyre on in the car, silly question but does it fit in the boot? Measured the wheel on my car at the weekend and then the boot, looks as if it could be a tight squeeze?

Do you know if there's a space-saver that would fit the 182 (and where I could get one)? I feel a little twitchy on long journeys knowing that I've no spare if I got a puncture.

Just get a full size tyre its not worth the hastle getting a space saver for all the effort if you ever need it.
It will fit in the boot though.
if you feel like its going to be to big then turn the wheel upside down and you don't loose as much space in the boot as yu can use the inside of the wheel to stick things.
