182 steering knocking problem

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem to this with their 182's;

recently when turning left into a rough or bumpy corner at low speeds i seem to be getting a loose/ knocking from the drivers side, could this possibly be a worn top mount bearing?

Could be a out of place spring.

My steering rack was loose once on my 182, just tightened it up and the knocking stopped

cheers mate il have a look at the rack then, just had it mot'd and apparently theres no issues but its still knocking slightly, nothing really bad, just annoying to the driver!
