182 Supercharger?

Hey all,

I know everyone talks about TBs & Turbo upgrades for the 182, but does anyone know of a kit/company that does superchargers? I prefer the whine of a supercharger, and I know the power gains aren't as much as a Turbo (don't want to put too much strain on the old block).

Just thought it'd be different.

yeah anything is possible, just depends on cash!

i was actually impressed with how novidem overcame the space issue, very clever shame i haven't got a pic

you can do it with a Rotrex Sp-30

basically if you loose the aircon pump then the Sp-30 is no bigger. you need a high strengh 10 mm bracket making up to mount the charger.

also you need to remove the aircon rad and modifiy the slam pannel to run a FMC.

you should really run low comp pistons

and you will need a Standalone managment,

sp-30's retail at £1200 with the oil cooler. they are a centralfugal charger and the higher the revs the better, also they do not wipe out too much power from the engine to turn them as they are well geared. also do not runa tiny pully as the charger will burn out
