182 throttle pedal?

been driving my 182 for a few days now and im more than happy with it ! but ive noticed that when i put my foot to the floor the pedal doesnt go all the way down freely, it encounters some resistance about an inch or 2 from the floor, it feels like its pressing a switch or something, is this to let the car know that its at full throttle? or is my car dodgy?!!

ahhh, i see, i knew itd be something like that, didnt realise it turned the speed limiter off though!! thats cool!!

Yeah, for safety reasons. Speed limiter and cruise control.
