182 thumb grips???

Does anyone if you can buy a set of thumb grips without having to replace the whole wheel? one of mine has been ripped off.

Nope, not unless you buy carbon fibre ones.

There are people that have had full steering wheel refurbs instead, I think it costs around £120.

You are probably better off getting a retrim and getting rid of the thumb grips altogether. They are one of the most stupid things I have seen in the construction of a car. The pic below is the best retrim I have seen on a Clio wheel.
It looks more OEM than what came from the factory and this is really how the factory ones should have been! Someone else had this done (hope they don't mind me using the pic) and it cost just over £100.

Any idea where they might have got the re-trim work done on that wheel? Looks so much nicer than the standard wheel and pretty good value too.
 
Royal Steering Wheels (based in Oxfordshire I think). Check their website out (Google them).
I have saved this photo for when I get mine done.
The only change I will ask for is silver stitching to complement the silver interior pieces/trim.
It does look brilliant and is how they should have come from new.
