182 thumb grips

the one I test drove was a black gold + cup packs and had silver thumb grips on the steering wheel. All the other 182s just have the same colour as the steering wheel.

What colour are yours?

The silver looked ace with the renaultsport silver thing on the wheel as well.

i like then rubber as you know that you have the grip. Why would i wan t metal that can get greasy and make ya hand slip.

naa, i like it the way it is, me steering is bad enough now..

silvers a bit naff I reckon, still contemplating doing something with the silver sprayed plastic inserts on the dash.... Alcantara would be nice! match the seats

Im considering selling the 182 due to the amount of problems ive had.

The car went in a week wednesday ago, i got it back on wednesday, and had to take it back in today. Got another courtsey car for a week. Now a pathetic 1.7 DTi Corsa...oh yipee..

Makes me not want another renault again...

Last week it went in for...

Steering pulling to the right.

ABS, SERV, Traction Control Caption

( (!) ) and STOP caption

Rear washer inop

Engine mount out of align

Cruise Control & Speedo out of sync

Brake performance poor

Interior Damaged

Paintwork Repairs

Kerbed Wheel

Service book to be stamped

Then i get it back, and the paintwork has not been touched, and the muppets in the cleaning bay have polished me car, and run the buffer over me stickers, so now they are peeling. The wheel is untouched as with the interior. We spoke to the service manager on friday morning, to agree when the car would come in. We drove home, stopped at a garage to get the tyres checked, and they found 2 blips (tyre wall deformed) on both front tyres, so we rang him up again, and he wanted the car in today to stop me finding more problems with the car. When i got me car back, there are more dents / scratches than there was in the first place..but i give up. The gf is dealing with them and trading standards as were sick of it now...

So its gone in for..

2 front tyres

1 alloy to be changed

Right front wing to be polished / painted

Passenger Door panel to be replaced

Steering wheel out of align / pulling to the left.

and me service book not stamped..!

Come on guys...Its not hard..!
