do all the 182s come with xenons and cruise control?

all non cup models come with both

Yes all Full fat 182s (cup pack suspension,spoilers and non cup pack suspension and spoilers) had the Xenons and cruise control.

Trophy and 182 CUP have manual aircon and cruise control. No Xenons.
