182 warranty expired?

thinking of buying an 04 plate 182, when does the warranty run out on the 04's?

Depends when registered. Mine runs out in June but has a 3 month exstention after that due to ex demo. ie when purchased by first owner it was 3 months old and the dealer gave the new owner 3 years and to do this paid for the exstention.

depends when it was registered. It cant be any later than August 07 though, or it would be a 54 plate.

Mine's a 54 and the warranty expires in December. I'll probably sell it before then, but just wondered if it would be worth buying a year's extension to the warranty. Is it very expensive?

you can always buy or haggle with dealers for a warranty etc

Tbh if youve had the car from new and had none or very little problems then i wouldn't bother with an extended warranty . They are pretty expensive and you have to weigh up will the cost of the warranty be worth it if you do have a problem in the future that might only cost a few £££'s to fix .

If you've had a car with lots of problems throughout it's life then an extended warranty would be worth considering or even sell it and get a newer model or different car altogether .

If you didn't extend the warranty from new and extend it before the warranty runs out its a massive increase in price
