Have weird noises coming form the left hand side of my car when im doing above 60 and then ease off the accelerator pedal, sort of a grinding noise, looked into and under everything and have no idea what it is, any ideas?

could be the passenger front wheel bearing on its way out, grab the top of the wheel and give it a wobble to see if there is any movement?

could be an input shaft bearing on the gear box or cv joint, if its a wheel bearing you shoul hear it all the time
